About Sarah Marchetti
Sarah Marchetti founded Snake River Law Group with a straightforward premise: Idaho families deserve honest, skilled legal representation without the runaround. In eighteen years of practice, she has built a reputation as one of the Magic Valley's most tenacious advocates — whether she's litigating a contested custody case in Twin Falls County or fighting an insurance company that undervalued a client's injuries.
Sarah's practice centers on family law and personal injury, two areas where the stakes are deeply personal. In family law, she handles divorce, property division, child custody, child support, modification proceedings, and protective orders. She understands that divorce is not just a legal transaction — it reshapes families, finances, and futures. Her approach is direct: she tells clients what the law actually allows, helps them set realistic goals, and then pursues those goals with precision.
On the personal injury side, Sarah has represented clients injured in auto accidents, semi-truck collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, and cases involving traumatic brain injury. She has recovered significant settlements and verdicts for clients throughout southern Idaho, and she takes every case on contingency — no fees unless she wins.
Before founding Snake River Law Group, Sarah clerked for a district court judge in southern Idaho, an experience that gave her unusual insight into how cases are evaluated from the bench. That perspective informs how she prepares every file.
Sarah was raised in the Magic Valley and is deeply committed to the Twin Falls community. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar, the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association Family Law Section. When she's not in the office or courtroom, she volunteers with the Twin Falls County legal aid clinic and coaches youth soccer.
Representative Experience
Sarah has represented clients in contested hearings, bench trials, jury trials, and appellate proceedings throughout the Fifth Judicial District and beyond. Cases have included complex property division in high-asset divorce, multi-party personal injury litigation, felony criminal defense, and multi-generational estate and business succession planning. Sarah is known for thorough case preparation and direct, honest communication with clients throughout every stage of representation.
