Priya Okonkwo

Priya Okonkwo joined Snake River Law Group after clerking for a district court judge in the Fifth Judicial District, an experience that gave her firsthand insight into how Idaho courts evaluate estate disputes, family law filings, and the practical consequences of inadequate planning. In seven years of practice, she has become the firm's go-to attorney for clients who want their estate plans built right the first time.

Priya's estate planning practice covers wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and beneficiary designation reviews. She works with families of all sizes and asset levels — from a young couple who needs a simple will naming a guardian for their children, to a multi-property landowner who needs a trust structure that avoids probate and minimizes conflict among heirs.
